CANCELLATION POLICY
As we are a small bed & breakfast operations, cancellations greatly affect our business.
LOW SEASON: October 1st – April 30th
All cancellations are subject to 30% + Tax cancellation fee per room if cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival.
All cancellations are subject to $30 + Tax administration fee per room if cancelled more than 14 days prior to arrival.
Late arrivals, early departures and no-shows are subject to 100% + Tax cancellation fee with no exceptions.
HIGH SEASON: May 1st – September 30th
All cancellations are subject to 100% + Tax cancellation fee per room if cancelled less than 21 days prior to arrival.
All cancellations are subject to 30% + Tax cancellation fee per room if cancelled more than 21 days prior to arrival.
Late arrivals, early departures and no-shows are subject to 100% + Tax cancellation fee with no exceptions.
Reservation policy B&B King and Queen Suites
- Your reservation assumes release of liability, waiver of claims and assumption of risks and indemnity.
- A 2 night minimum stay applies for May to September.
- A 3 night minimum stay may apply for long weekends.
- Arrival time is after 4:00 pm, departure time is at 10:30 am.
- No refunds for arrivals later than the original check in date, for early departures or for no-shows !
- One night stays (high season) are usually only accepted in advance if they fill an opening between other reservations – please inquire.
- A valid Visa, MasterCard and American Express number is required to guarantee all reservations.
Reservation policy self-contained rental Garden Suite
- Your reservation assumes release of liability, waiver of claims and assumption of risks and indemnity.
- A $40 cleaning fee will be added to your bill, but it could be waived by the owner.
- This is a self-contained unit. Breakfast is not included. Maximum 4 guests occupancy.
- Arrival time is after 4:00 pm, departure time is at 10:30 am. Weekly rental is on a Friday to Friday basis, unless agreed otherwise.
- A valid Visa, MasterCard and American Express number is required to guarantee all reservations.
- A 3 night minimum stay applies for May to September 15th.
- 2 night minimum stay in May and October
- No refunds for arrivals later than the original check in date, for early departures or for no-shows !
- One night stays (high season) are usually only accepted in advance if they fill an opening between other reservations – please inquire
Parking
- Free onsite parking is provided for our guests.
Children
- Children are welcome in our Garden Suite.
Use of property is for registered guests only. Check-in Entry
- For your convenience, our secure electronic keyless B&B entry operates 24/7. Since you have such flexibility, we may not always be home to greet you. We are, however, available 24/7 by cell phone to help you in anyway we can!
Check-in
- You are welcome to move in to your room prior to our 4:00 pm occupancy time, if our staff has finished with their preparations for you.
- If late arrival anticipated, please advise.
Check-out
- 10:30 am.
Shoes off policy in our home
- Please leave your shoes on the shoe rack in the front hall. We provide comfortable house slippers.
- You can of course use your own socks or slippers to help you feel even more at home.
- Candles or fires of any kind are not permitted in the rooms due to fire and safety regulations.
Breakfast is served everyday at 9:00 am.
- The full breakfast is served in our Dining Room at 9:00 am. If you wish to leave earlier we can provide you with the Bag Breakfast to take with you. Please let us know your choice including no breakfast the latest by 6:00 pm the day before.
Complimentary hot tub use privileges
- Before using the Hot Tub please read the Rules and Regulations for Hot Tub use.
- No drinks or food allowed in the hot tub.
- Always wear appropriate clothing.
- Hot Tub can be used from 6:00 pm until 9:00 pm, for 20 minutes maximum as required by the Health Regulations.
Non-smoking B&B
- Our house is entirely smoke-free. For the comfort and health of our guests, there is no smoking inside the B&B or B&B balconies. Smoking permitted outside property lines only.
- As a courtesy to other guests please do not wear strong scents.
Complimentary bbq use privileges
- Please clean the bbq after use, if not cleaned a $25 cleaning fee will be added to your bill.
Damage Policy
- The person registering is responsible for all damages caused by the registered guests (or their family, friends, or visitors, etc) during their registered stay. This includes damage to the house and to the property including, but not limited to, the yard, common areas, rooms, appliances, electronics, furnishings, fixtures, linens, and bedding. The credit card which is given to secure and guarantee the reservation will be charged for any damage, and any additional cleaning beyond a reasonable norm.
Reservation Deposit:
- We charge 30% deposit fee after the reservation is made and confirmed
We highly recommend that all of our guests carry Travel / Trip Cancellation and Medical Insurance to cover all of their emergencies.
By giving us your credit card information to hold and guarantee your reservation, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to our policies and regulations including our cancellation policy.
